Research and development
Research and development depend on the needs and topics of our customers.
Here are some of our most common research formats:
Employee and other types of survey
Employee surveys can be used for very wide-ranging questions in companies. For example, potential analyses are a form of employee survey that can be used to identify previously unknown strengths and opportunities for further development within the company. Surveys in change management can assess the ability and willingness to change in the company as well as identify existing challenges. The survey itself is processed using explorative factor analyses and consistency analyses in order to optimally reflect the employees’ statements. In addition, we use cluster analyses and tests for group differences to check whether there are differences in the assessment of your employees. On this basis, we present the results clearly and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
Continuing development-oriented assessment centres
Assessment centres are used to assess a person’s competence in a specific area of activity, such as their intercultural communication skills or leadership abilities. In addition to assessment centres for personnel selection, they also include the systematic further development of your own personnel. We develop a review for you consisting of interviews, self-assessments, hand samples, tests and role plays in order to assess your employees’ specific competencies and provide meaningful support for their development and further deployment in the company.
Innovation processes
For processes that are focused on innovation or idea creation, we use repertory grids and, in particular, the AI-supported software repgrid® from Team Rosenberger at futurelytics KG, with whom we have been working on a basis of trust for many years.
Repgrids® is a software-supported analysis tool that has its origins in George A. Kelly’s Psychology Of Personal Constructs. It offers the possibility of visualising existing but not yet named knowledge in a 3D space, comparing, describing and evaluating it.
The diversity of opinions among employees in these processes is particularly important to us, as it adds a new dimension of depth and insight to the process.
